L'Occitane at our Riverside Square boutique in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Host to warmly welcome guests and transform holiday shopping into a memorable, sensorial experience. You will guide gifting and help guests discover thoughtful skincare, body care, and fragrance options during peak season.

Greet guests with warmth, provide personalized recommendations, and support store operations while keeping the guest first.

• Collaborate with colleagues, step in where needed, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team during the holiday season.
• Adapt communication style to different guests and team members, welcome feedback, and help create smooth handoffs during peak traffic.

You will welcome each guest through our iconic yellow doors and help transform holiday shopping into a memorable, sensorial experience. With genuine hospitality, thoughtful product recommendations, and a passion for gifting, you will assist guests in discovering meaningful ways to celebrate the ones they care about.

• Be the Host: Greet every guest with warmth and festive energy, creating an inviting atmosphere and a personalized sensorial experience.
• Make Gifting Feel Effortless: Anticipate each guest's needs, listen with care, and recommend thoughtful skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts for everyone on their list.

• Let Success Drive You: Support sales goals and daily store operations by taking initiative, replenishing product, maintaining visual standards, and putting the guest first.

The pay range for this position is $16.46 - $18.93 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
