L'Occitane En Provence in Houston Premium Outlets is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Host to welcome guests with warmth, guiding them through a festive, sensorial shopping experience and helping guests discover thoughtful skincare, body care and fragrance gifts.

In this fast-paced holiday role you’ll balance multiple guests, support sales goals and store operations, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure every guest leaves with a memorable gift.

Qualifications

• Warm, engaging communication skills and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude experience in retail, hospitality, or a sales-driven environment is beneficial.
• A guest-first mindset with the ability to listen, personalize recommendations, and support holiday gifting needs.
• Interest in skincare, body care, fragrance, and the art of gifting is beneficial.
• Adaptability, reliability, and flexibility to support a seasonal retail schedule, including peak shopping periods.
• Basic technology skills and comfort learning point-of-sale and store tools.
