L'Occitane En Provence is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Host for our Brea Mall boutique. You will welcome guests through our iconic yellow doors, provide personalized skincare, body care, and fragrance gift recommendations, and drive a memorable, sensorial holiday shopping experience.

In a fast-paced seasonal environment you will stay positive, flexible, and guest-focused, supporting store operations and replenishment while maintaining visual standards and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Warm, engaging communication and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or a sales-driven environment is beneficial.
• Guest-first mindset with ability to listen, personalize recommendations, and support holiday gifting needs.
• Interest in skincare, body care, fragrance, and gifting is beneficial.
• Adaptability, reliability, and flexibility to support a seasonal retail schedule.
• Basic technology skills and comfort with POS and store tools.

The pay range for this role is $19.48 - $22.40 an hour (based on skills and experience).
