Ulta Beauty in Myrtle Beach seeks a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations. You will help drive sales and support in-store events while maintaining clean, organized fixtures and knowledgeable service.

Requirements include a flexible schedule, a passion for beauty, and the ability to build relationships with guests. Prior retail or guest-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests entering the store and recommending products and services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Stay informed regarding new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
