Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Able to troubleshoot issues and resolve guest questions.
• Works well independently and with a team.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service on the sales floor and assist online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Keep the sales floor replenished, clean, and organized.
