Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in our store to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with service and retail sales, and support in-store events. You will greet guests, demonstrate makeup and skincare, and help with merchandising and promotions to meet sales goals.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling is expected, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience and determine individual needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; participate in merchandising and events.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare basics to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and events; stay informed on products and benefits.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to dress code.
