Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our store. You will assist guests, perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, and help with cashier tasks while keeping the store organized and stocked.

This role supports the leadership team, drives sales through knowledgeable product recommendations, and requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior guest-service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online orders as needed.
• Keep fixtures replenished, maintain store cleanliness, and participate in merchandising and events.
