Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Long Beach is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, manage cashier duties, keep shelves stocked, and support in-store events.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales while greeting guests and staying informed about new products. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required. The position pays $17.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
