Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in-store, assist with sales, and perform makeup applications and skincare analyses. You will stock fixtures, assist with events, and maintain a clean, inviting environment.

Strong emphasis on knowledge of products, upselling, and guest engagement, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak seasons. Previous retail or beauty experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor recommendations, and inform about promotions and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
