Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Assist with cashier tasks, stock fixtures, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support leadership through focus on service, sales, and events.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and their ingredients to assist guests.
