Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, and recommending products.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about new and existing products, ingredients, and benefits.
• Maintain punctual attendance and store cleanliness.
