Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Wisconsin is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, stock fixtures, and support ledgers and events. You will engage guests, demonstrate products, and help drive sales while maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and recommending products and services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new and existing products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
