Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with services, and drive sales in-store. You will greet guests, provide product recommendations, and support events and promotions while maintaining store standards.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service, and the ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends. Prior experience with cosmetics and POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs and promote products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Process cashier tasks, returns, and online orders as needed.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; assist with merchandise resets and displays.
