Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with cashier tasks, stock fixtures, and support store operations. You will engage guests, discuss products, and contribute to events that drive sales.

Responsibilities include makeup applications, skincare analysis, and staying informed about new products to better assist guests. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, answer product questions, and recommend items.
• Handle customer service, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales.
