Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assist with sales, and perform services like makeup applications and skincare analysis in a fast-paced store environment.

You will greet guests, recommend products, demonstrate services, and help with events, all while maintaining store standards and accuracy in transactions. prior experience with POS and a passion for beauty are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging, personalizing service, answering questions, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products/services.
• Courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Stay informed on new and existing products/services and be knowledgeable about ingredients/benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
