Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, assess needs, answer questions, and recommend products and services.
• Handle cashwrap, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; support execution of events.
• Stay informed about new products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store cleanliness.
