Job summary

Ulta Beauty seeks a Seasonal Beauty Advisor in Irving, TX to provide an exceptional guest experience, perform makeup applications, stock fixtures, and support leadership with events and sales goals. You will engage guests, learn product knowledge, and help keep the store clean and organized.

The position requires a passion for beauty, flexible schedule including weekends, and the ability to work well in a team while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, answer questions, inform guests about promotions, and recommend products and/or services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; support execution of these events.
• Stay informed about products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
