Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Town of Monroe, NY seeks a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest service, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and help maintain a clean, stocked store.

You will greet guests, demonstrate products, book appointments for services and events, and collaborate with the team to hit sales goals while following store procedures. Flexible scheduling incl. evenings/weekends; prior retail experience preferred; benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and basic device usage (POS, tablets, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for sales and loyalty metrics.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, answering questions, and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and online order assistance.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events; stay informed about products and benefits.
