Ulta Beauty, the leading beauty retailer, is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations. You will greet guests, offer personalized guidance, and help drive sales through knowledgeable recommendations and events.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with pay ranging from $16.82 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging guests, and recommending products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and services and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
• Participate in ongoing training and brand education to improve performance.
