Qualifications

High school diploma is preferred.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ability to troubleshoot.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products.
Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and in-store events.
Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise.
Handle cashier tasks and process online orders.
Stay informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
Adhere to store policies, procedures, and dress code.
Attend ongoing training and participate in events.
