Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for sales and service.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Handle customer service, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to advise guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
