Responsibilities

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Sets up and stocks bar with beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests and takes/drinks orders, pours drinks per recipes.
• Checks ID and monitors guest intoxication per liquor laws.
• Handles cash, processes charges, and records transactions.
• Locks up after service and secures cash drops.
• Keeps the bar area clean and organized.
• Displays bottles and washes stemware.
