This role is available April 20, 2026 – October 7th, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available for in-country extensions. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.**Key Responsibilities*** Bartender will execute craft cocktails and continuously create and present new ideas to management.* Mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly or through waitstaff.* Greet all guests and members promptly and politely, and by name whenever possible.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar/ bar storage areas at all times.* Execute cocktail recipes and demonstrate ability to follow recipes for syrups and all house-made ingredients.* Enter all transactions accordingly into point-of-sale system and issue accurate checks to members and guests.* Display extensive knowledge of all beverages and ingredients, as well as recommendations for pairings of food.* Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wine and ability to make recommendations from the club wine list.* Demonstrate sense of urgency for responding to guest needs during all interactions.**Qualifications*** Twelve (12) months of front-of-house experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.* Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours in length.* Required to read, write, speak, and understand English.* Required to work indoors and outdoors.* Required to stand, walk, and move for a period of greater than four (4) hours.* Required to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push and pull.
