Job summary

Hotel del Coronado, a Hilton property on Coronado Island, seeks a Barback (Seasonal) to join its Food & Beverage team. After a $400M renovation, the resort features 750 rooms and 65,000 square feet of banquet space with 10 dining outlets.

You will prepare garnishes, stock the bar, manage beer kegs and taps, assist with inventory, keep areas clean, and uphold health, safety and alcohol regulations to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prepare garnishes and fruits, mix juices, and prepare supplies.
• Keep the bar stocked with glassware, ice, produce, condiments and paper products.
• Transport, replace, and maintain beer kegs and taps to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators and storage areas.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garnishes, mix juices and place prepared supplies in designated containers.
• Keep the bar stocked and ensure essential items are available for service.
• Transport, replace and maintain beer kegs and taps for uninterrupted service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock checks upon delivery.
• Keep bar and storage areas clean and organized.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations are followed.
