Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes, preparation lists, and event instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet menu items according to approved recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Prepare proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and other components as directed.
• Organize ingredients, equipment, and work areas per event schedules and guest counts.
• Coordinate cooking and plating with colleagues to meet service timelines.
• Follow procedures for allergies, dietary restrictions, and menu modifications.
