Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Fresno, CA. You will greet customers, help with product knowledge, and support omnichannel shopping to deliver a positive experience. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays in a lively retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail setting.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel shopping as needed.
• Execute and complete point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and help minimize loss.
