Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification.
• Able to use Safelite MRMs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicle glass including chips and cracks under supervision.
• Manage work orders and customer documentation.
• Use Safelite Mobile Resource Management technology for communication.
• Operate tools and vehicles safely and follow Safelite policies.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards.
