Job summary

Victoria's Secret in Sandy, UT is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to support store operations during peak periods. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and share product knowledge to help customers find the right bras and accessories.

You will handle transactions at the cash wrap, restock merchandise, and keep the floor and back room organized according to brand standards. This temporary role offers a flexible schedule and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Helps customers with bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converts returns, offers and promotions into sales
• Delivers friendly, efficient cash wrap transactions
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and suggests add-ons
• Maintains cash wrap area and recovers go-backs
• Prepares merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room/stock to brand standards
• Replenishes stock to brand standards and places product on sales floor
• Supports markdowns, re-tickets, and stock corrections
• Executes floorsets proficiently and adheres to brand standards
• Maintains back room and under stock as required

Position Overview: Seasonal Selling Associate

The Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise. The Seasonal Sales Associate is a temporary role meant to support the needs of the store during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

When assigned to the sales floor:

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales

When assigned to the cash wrap:

• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and "go-backs"

When assigned to processing and replenishment:

• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
• Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock

When assigned to floorset activity:

• Executes floorset proficiently
• Understands and adheres to brand standards
• Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock
