Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to support our store during peak seasons. The role emphasizes driving store sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and using product knowledge to educate customers.

You will work on the sales floor, at the cash wrap, and in replenishment, ensuring floor readiness, executing floorsets, and upholding brand standards. The position is temporary and requires lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

• Seasonal role designed to support the store during peak seasons.
• Must be flexible, positive, and able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and "go-backs".
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
• Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock.
• Executes floorset proficiently.
• Understands and adheres to brand standards.
• Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock.

Key Responsibilities:

When assigned to the sales floor:

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
