Job summary

The HoneyBaked Ham Company, LLC is seeking seasonal associates to join our holiday team for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We offer truly flexible scheduling to fit student, teacher or retiree lifestyles, with no long-term commitment and opportunities to earn extra income.

Seasonal staff receive store discounts, a fun casual environment and a focus on great service. Some locations may require light lifting and standing for long periods during shifts.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience as cook, cashier, crew member, or store associate is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with excellent service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and articulate features/benefits; drive add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and remain productive throughout shift; assume responsibility for tasks.
• Follow all processes, procedures and safety policies.
