Job summary

Victoria’s Secret is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service during peak seasons. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and support store operations on the sales floor, at the cash wrap, and in replenishment tasks.

This temporary role offers a 40% associate discount, free product, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay. You should be ready to lift up to 40 pounds and work a fast-paced, customer-facing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Convert returns/offers/promotions into larger sales
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience
• Reinforce buying decisions at checkout and encourage add-on purchases
• Process merchandise to floor readiness and maintain back room and stock
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards for floor placement
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock replenishment
• Execute floorset activities proficiently and adhere to brand standards
• Support housekeeping and maintenance reporting
• Build awareness and skills in loss prevention and shrink reduction
• Provide a safe working environment and demonstrate company values
• Support the Rewards Program and customer loyalty initiatives
• This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and prolonged standing

Position Overview: Seasonal Selling Associate

The Seasonal Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise. The Seasonal Sales Associate is a temporary role meant to support the needs of the store during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

When assigned to the sales floor:

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales

When assigned to the cash wrap:

• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional items
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and ”go-backs”

When assigned to processing and replenishment:

• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor
• Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stock

When assigned to floorset activity:

• Executes floorset proficiently
• Understands and adheres to brand standards
• Assists with maintenance of back room and under stock
