Job summary

Helzberg Diamonds is seeking Seasonal Associates to support holiday selling. Seasonal bonuses apply: $1 extra per hour worked from Sept 27, 2026 to Dec 24, 2026, provided employment continues through Dec 24, 2026.

Positions may involve selling or office duties with targets to meet and a focus on excellent customer service. Must work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, during the holiday period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior sales or retail jewelry experience preferred.
• Experience using a PC or POS system required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required along with the ability to be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Sales associates will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service to clients.
• Office associates will assist in the daily operations of the office to assist the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals.

Job description

At Helzberg Diamonds our Seasonal Associates are critical during the holiday selling season. As such, in addition to hourly pay and commissions our Seasonal Associates qualify for a SEASONAL BONUS of an additional $1 for every hour worked beginning September 27th, 2026 through December 24th, 2026. The Seasonal Associate must be actively employed through December 24th, 2026 to qualify for the bonus payment.

Seasonal Associates may be assigned selling duties and/or office duties. Sales associates will be responsible for achieving individual sales goals to support the store's sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service to clients. Office associates will assist in the daily operations of the office to assist the store in achieving sales volume and profit goals.

Seasonal Associates must be available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, through the holiday selling season.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma required
• Prior sales or retail jewelry experience preferred.
• Experience using a PC or POS system or other computer keyboard is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required along with the ability to be detail-oriented.
