Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate in West Palm Beach, FL. You will support store operations and provide onstage service during peak moments, creating a welcoming, visually ready store and delivering an outstanding client experience.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours per week. Prior retail or client-focused experience is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

Compensation:
$18.00 -$20.50/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
