Sephora in West Des Moines is hiring a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences and support store operations during peak periods. You will help maintain a visually ready, welcoming environment and contribute to achieving sales goals.

The role requires flexibility with a weekly 0–14 hour range, availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, and a capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
