Job summary

Sephora store in Temecula is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help keep the store stocked and visually ready, contributing to a welcoming environment for customers.

The role requires flexibility with weekly hours (0–14) and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$20.85 - $23.98/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
