Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, explain baby essentials, and help families prepare for the school year with friendly, informative service.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you will resolve issues, assist with omnichannel shopping, process POS transactions, restock floors, and uphold a clean, safe store. The role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
