Job summary

Sephora in Spokane, WA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and ensure excellent service during busy periods.

The role is hourly, with flexible part-time hours (0–14 per week) and requires availability during nights, weekends and holidays; compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour and includes benefits eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
