Sephora in San Leandro is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional service and support store operations during peak times. You will ensure a welcoming environment and keep the store visually ready while assisting clients and team members.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule of 0–14 hours per week. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Compensation:
$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
