Sephora Renaissance Colony Park is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Ridgeland, MS to provide outstanding client experiences and support store operations during peak moments.

You will help maintain a welcoming, visually-ready store, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a culture of inclusivity. The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays and may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$16.60 -$19.30/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
