Job summary

Sephora Reno is seeking a Seasonal Associate to help provide an outstanding client experience and support store operations during peak moments. You’ll maintain a stocked, visually ready store and assist with merchandising while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours per week during the fixed schedule window. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
