Job summary

Sephora in South Hills Village, PA seeks a Seasonal Associate to enhance client experiences and support store operations during peak periods. You will help maintain a visually appealing environment, assist with merchandising, and ensure smooth daily tasks while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a flexible schedule (0–14 hours weekly) and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
