Job summary

Sephora Peabody, MA is hiring a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage client service during peak moments. You'll create a welcoming shopping environment and help keep the store visually ready.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding service to meet sales goals, managing inventory and stock replenishment, supporting visual merchandising, and fostering an inclusive team atmosphere. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with 0–14 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
