Job summary

Sephora in Overland Park is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll create a welcoming environment and keep the store visually ready for customers in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist with inventory, merchandising, and team collaboration, with availability for peak hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
