Job summary

Sephora at Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming, visually appealing store environment.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours per week and the possibility to cover peak periods. You will contribute to inventory, merchandising, and a culture of inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
