Sephora USA, Inc. Oceanside store is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help keep the sales floor welcoming, stocked, and visually aligned with promotional setups and events.

The role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and a quick learning pace in a fast-paced retail environment. Schedule is flexible with 0–14 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$21.75 -$24.88/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
