Job summary

Sephora Oak Park is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience and support store operations during peak moments. You’ll keep a welcoming, visually ready store and assist with daily tasks.

The role requires retail or hospitality experience, strong communication, and teamwork. You’ll work 0–14 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with pay between $19.80 and $22.90 per hour depending on location.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.


• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.


• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
