Job summary

Sephora NY-5th Avenue store is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and welcome customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong client service, teamwork, and reliability; you must be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, ensuring Sephora standards

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $21.75 - $24.88/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
