Sephora in Nashua, NH is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll deliver outstanding client experiences, keep the store visually ready, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Belong to Something Beautiful brand.

The role offers flexible hours (0–14 per week) and requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or guest-service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
