Job summary

Sephora stores in Manhasset, NY are seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll keep the store welcoming, stocked, and visually aligned with Sephora’s brand while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation ranges from $21.75 to $24.88 per hour, with flexible, non-guaranteed hours and a schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays; expected weekly hours

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation
