Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate at its AR-Promenade Little Rock store to deliver exceptional client experiences during peak hours. You will support store operations, restock merchandise, and assist with events while maintaining Sephora's brand standards.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule of 0-14 hours per week. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred, and strong customer-service skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $16.60 - $19.30/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
